Refund Policy

You may cancel a payment made via this website prior to the event tickets being issued, but once issued we are not able to offer refunds.

How to cancel

Use our online Refund Request form when available.

Alternatively, use our Contact form to send us a message quoting your booking reference or quoting the date of payment and the name of the person who made the payment.

All payments are made through a PayPal account or with a credit/debit card through the PayPal system  and all refunds will only be made via the method used to make the payment.
